Rick Shugarman | RYT 200
Rick has been the resident yoga instructor at Rafi Lounge for the last 3 years. Rick specializes in teaching to all levels. He is also the lead yoga instructor on Brooke Burke’s BB Body app.
In addition to his 200 hour yoga certification, Rick also has Master of Education and applies those teaching principles to his yoga instruction.
He connects the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga to real-world success, so the benefits of the practice extend beyond the mat to career growth, relationships, clarity, focus, and even financial freedom.
