“Your Yoga: The Beginning” teaches 20 introductory yoga poses. Even if you have never done yoga before, there is a good chance that you will find five or ten that are a good fit for you. To begin, you can download the free PDF, or simply scroll down to start viewing the 20 short videos below - one video for each pose.

1st set  -  Hands & Feet

SN5 BREATH:
Soft, nasal, calming breath. 5 seconds in, 5 out.

The suggested duration for each posture or flow is 3 rounds of SN5 Breath.
