Embark on the next frontier of your yoga journey with "Your Yoga: Level 3" – a dynamic exploration that takes you beyond the basics and into a realm of heightened challenge and profound connection. Level 3 introduces 25 incredible poses in 25 one-to-two minute videos. Where most Level 1 and Level 2 videos were less than a minute, Level 3 videos are longer because the poses are more complex.
